1. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation prior to shipment
- If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

We will handle your cancellation and issue a refund within five to seven business days if your request is accepted.
Cancellation Following Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
- However, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, you can still start a return once the product is delivered.
The Refund Procedure
Once the cancellation has been verified, the original payment method will get the refund.
Refunds for purchases cancelled prior to shipment are handled in 5-7 business days.
2. Can I change my shipping address on an order that’s been placed?
If your order has already been placed, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your shipping address, but it depends on the current status of the order. Here’s what you can do:
Before Dispatch:
- If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can contact our customer support team immediately to request a change of shipping address. We’ll update the address and confirm with you.

After Dispatch:
Once the order is dispatched, we may not be able to change the address, as it will already be in transit.
- In this case, we recommend contacting the courier service directly to request a reroute or address change.
